Let's think logically --If the settlement really worth above 10million the PPS would have bean and acted much higher than this, I would say 2 million at the most !!

More so I saw this dump happening way before during the day -- I questioned it my self, why such low PPS on bid when every one is buying and we almost reached 40's ??

Something is not adding UP IMHO -- I stated same concerns yesterday .

He said debt was paid off and they had operating capital for years. Your assessment and those numbers do not add up
