We need a PR with concrete numbers. Up to $40m is too ambiguous, especially since it will be split with another company.
Arotech is probably Virtra's biggest direct competitor. I checked their financials and they haven't really had any growth in the simulator section revenue for the past 3 years. Hopefully that's because Virtra has stepped in and is soaking up all the industry growth. Arotech has won quite a few $3-8m contracts over the past several years and Virtra has just started winning some, so they are taking a bit of that big contract business.
