You're right about that!

The fact this is even legal is ridiculous. You shouldn't be able to do a 1-5000 reverse split and only lower the authorized shares from 2 billion to 500 million. Nobody takes into account the increases in OS that will occur and wipe away shareholders money. The SEC should stop things like this from happening. This type of corruption is why people are voting against the establishment this year.

I've never suffered a RS in my decades of investing. Most investors haven't.

There's a way for anyone to protect himself from reverse splits. Virtually all of my stocks are over $40... with several over $100. For example, I'm nearly 100% certain that my $168 3M shares won't be doing a RS (although a forward split is certainly possible).
