There are always some exceptions, but this reverse split is 1-5000 with a current OS if 400k shares and authorized shares of 500 million! If shares are only increased 100 times from 400k to 40 million our shares are worthless. We need a corresponding run from .50 to $50 dollars. Good luck with that. Nobody can convince me our shares won't be worthless at this point. Seriously 500 million shares authorized and only 400k shares OS??? Why would anyone purchase with the authorized share count more than 1000 times the OS?

The fact this is even legal is ridiculous. You shouldn't be able to do a 1-5000 reverse split and only lower the authorized shares from 2 billion to 500 million. Nobody takes into account the increases in OS that will occur and wipe away shareholders money. The SEC should stop things like this from happening. This type of corruption is why people are voting against the establishment this year.
