Does anyone think Direct has/will obtain a SPA for phase II? I ask because if Les's suggestion to Highwayman is correct -- that phase II will also go after 13 types of cancer -- then I would think it will be Registrational.

We have not discussed this much, but they were only going to go after 2 indications initially in the phase II trial. It sounds instead that we are going for the whole ball of wax.

I also wonder whether the new Direct trial will use PD1 in any of its arms.

The manufacturing improvements that might be going on to select any B+ version, plus the retooling of Sawston must be getting close to completion.
