I'm currently on-the-road (in Oregon) so haven't tried contacting them but my platform doesn't have this problem on my older OS machines, only on this new Win10 machine. Very annoying. I'll hunt around more when I get home -- I'm sure there is a simple solution, but I'm still learning the ins and outs of controlling Win10, so. . .
