Why don't most people here understand the difference between passive and active testing?

No data on the results of said modulation success and optical loss?

Good r33s don’t mean diddly if losses are high.

This is why I am a bit concerned. I expecting to hear something about loss measurements. Are the losses too high? Where does this PR fit into the grand scheme of the testing?
