People keep missing the FACT that 9+ million is in the bank with regard to the Cyber deal (see 8k) over the next 3 years. The Microsoft settlement may be insignificant in regards to dollars but hugely significant in regards to going after the other violators.
So if there are "Microsoft" dollars it's just icing on the cake.
