Gross distortion of the Facts. Getting desperate.

Incredibly wrong view especially your contention they lose money on every product sold when it is very obvious that they make 80% profit per unit. Gross profit $510k on sales of $ 661k

Stock price climbing steadily. within 1 tick of highest run rate (not spike induced) price for 18 months.

Market is saying company is in sound financial shape

Desperate-times-indeed

o Mounting legal fees [Possibly but had high fees for last few years due to FDA processes]

o FDA Clearance no where in site [FDA run rate indicates decision for BIEL application due this month based on public data on applications being currently cleared]

o Every item sold results in additional losses [FALSE profit before overheads was at record 80-90% last quarter for each sold they make a lot of money. overheads are what needs to be controlled - FDA and SEC don't help here]

o SEC facilitating an end to the family loans [Not true actually - so long as registered they can sell shares legally to anyone but I guess they wont as they don't need any more cash]

o AS likely above 20B [why no dilution for 4 - 6 months current IBEX loan unlikely to be converted any time soon.]

o OS growing, Toxic dilution continues at accelerated pace [No dilution for 4-6 months]
