yet when pushed to go to a hearing the SEC asked for another 6 months to check on the information they got from BIEL who have been totally open about these things.

BTW there are only 2 accusations that amount to anything not 8, the rest are all knock on or irrelevant totally legal actions as explained by BIEL to the SEC who now realize their process is so one sided they are once again embarrassed and have delayed the hearing so it can go away.

Only penalty is fine/suspension/debarring. In the mean time sales doubling quarter on quarter, governments openly supporting and buying the products and slowly the world realizing there is an alternative to medication to address chronic pain.
