Did TPAC submit a bearing to NAVAIR manufactured by BTL for certification?

How can one know TPAC is not being investigated by the SEC when they do not publicize that information?

Do you have any proof NAVAIR was not mislead? Was BTL ever approved to manufacture TPAC bearings? Did TPAC submit a sample bearing from BTL for NAVAIR approval?

How about proof of no SEC investigation? Any proof SEC is not investigating TPAC? Last I knew they would not disclose that type of information. Any company can be under investigation and unaware of it till SEC takes action. They do extensive background on the company before publicly acknowledging any wrong doing and potential legal claims.
