they came off suspension because it only lasts for so many days unless they come up with a whole brand new reason to suspend. There is no E because KSWJ is not required to file financial reports so there are no late filings. The SEC is constrained by inadequate funding/staffing and work overload, with probably a good deal of inefficiency thrown in there. They probably feel that a reasonable person has been fairly warned about this company at this point with no further action needed unless they happen to catch up with the any KSWJ personnel.

KSW is no longer under suspension nor does it have an extra vowel "E" at the end of their symbol indicating they didn't fulfill their obligation to the SEC.

Huh??? Companies get an "E" appended to their ticker when they fail to make a quarterly or annual SEC filing in a timely manner. KSWJ doesn't report, so that's completely irrelevant.

What happens when the ten-day suspension period ends? Will the SEC issue a statement about the status of the company after the suspension has ended?

No. The SEC will not comment publicly on the status of a company when the ten-day suspension ends because the company may still have serious legal problems. For instance, the SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine whether it has defrauded investors. The public will not know if the SEC is continuing its investigation until the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.
