Right! When they came off the suspension they fulfilled the SEC's questions to all the alledged inconsistencies, ie. Information on the patent filing , J/V, a letter of intent.

They supplied the SEC with all the information.

So what's your point!

Here is the copy of the suspension order 09:30 April 7,2006 and April 21, 2006.

KSW is no longer under suspension nor does it have an extra vowel "E" at the end of their symbol indicating they didn't fulfill their obligation to the SEC.

They did comply and I for one am happy with that!!!
