there won't be any CD conversion once 100% of debt structured. VAPE build a private capital venture that basically become equity holder or part owner of VAPE. $779k so far structured by this capital venture that believe former VAPE/PHOT ceo and VAPE's original 32 shareholders from 2013 are behind this venture....you need to read my posts from mid 2013 till now to get glue what exactly going on in VAPE land. it's a huge gamble with loss all or break the bank for people with few million holdings...IMO
