Got to wonder what the EU

is going to think of this? Didn't they just hit MS with some hefty (for mere mortals) fines?

fmike: I would suggest that MSFT *will* take

the XBox approach and price this player and service to seriously undercut Apple's offerings. A "me too" player, even with some sort of significant technological 'zazz, isn't going to cut it and there are already cheaper online music stores.

Perhaps it ties into the Xbox platform...
