My due diligence says you are wrong. Look at the team he refers to "we" (slide #42) -- it includes NWBO. "We all work well together." Look at the reference to potential collaboration between NWBO MRK and BMY from months ago by Smith on Stocks. Look at my reference back then to Smith on Stocks and NWBO's attention.
