What is needed is the right formula. Without the right formula to manufactured totally flushable, biodegradable pads and liners, you surely have nothing. I don't think Xinpro is worried about patents, lol They just need the formula, IMO, of course!!!
We all know there are no patents pending. WE also know PYCT has claimed lots of things over the years!
