Clearly not about the $21, it's about teasing the bid higher, and pretty determined resistance against that. How else to read the fact that someone wants 50K shares, but .002 spread is too much to stomach?
Feels like soon it's gonna break in one direction or the other, there's obviously a change in attitude lately. Wonder why?
