Tzor. All I can figure is that they are awaiting an end to the investigation before communicating publicly again. There is no question in my mind that one issue NW and NWBO were really angry about was the phase5 allegation of certain regulatory failure, which was repeated recently by AF as well. That had to cause damages of some quantifiable amount with regard to dilution. So I would guess that until the investigation is over, we will not get much information directly from NWBO, because no matter how professionally anything is stated by NWBO, it will be turned on its head -- particularly during such time that regulatory results/recommendations are unknown.
