How fast would a combo trial be? In the case of DCVax-l + PD1 inhibitors, we are talking about tumor eradication. It is possible this combo might be used in inoperable GBM. If so, I'd imagine 12 month durability after tumor eradication open label would do it. There are other potential designs of course, and DCDirect might be included, or even part of a DCVax package if you will. I think Alan, NWBOs long lived patient, had therapy with both forms of DCVax. I am extremely curious to know what designs will be unveiled.
