MG...two things...1. all the bk talk has been rampant speculation. 2. The outcome of a bk...and the commons...depends on debt to equity. If you want to be sure we're keeping information 'factual' for 'newbeies', then that's the simplest and most accurate way to state it.

In the meantime, as far as $SUNE is concerned, peeps just need to play the news cycle until better clarity around their operations is provided.

Utter nonsense. They would trade on the OTC. In many instances share price pops up. All moot as there will be no ch11 protection.
