No agenda just facts. Nothing has been filed with the court since the judgement against TBEV. If settled at a minimum they should have lawsuit dismissed or file the settlement with the court. Look at the other suits they clearly show they were settled. The Alpha suit does not.

Even if they settled for only the amounts of the loans with no interest or penalties (which would never happen after receiving a judgement for EVERYTHING they asked for) the facts are they do not have the money to pay so settlement would have to be stock which equals dilution.

Sorry if you don't like that I FACT check their news (dual coast launch, UA, big box store, throwdown Bev, second flavor, second run.....)

TBEV fluff PR BS Lawsuit

Nothing is final until it is filed in the court system period.
Details will show bad news.
No info on it because owners will have to sell shares or give a piece of the company up .All bad news .
He wants to use this laughable new marketing of local guys and local teams as a way to let everyone know they are a going concern.
Nothing against the local stuff but that does not a marketing campaign make.
