I guess I was right on my call on the JV partner of TAUG and TAUG for the most part. Your assessment of my call 1 year ago on BVAP. It hit trip 000's and now is barely above it.

CC something must be insanely wrong here BVAP closed up 8%. How could that be with all the experts guaranteeing triple 0's. Oh my!!
