LOLOLOL!Show me one instance when Boeing (or any other corporation)publicly announced contract details with a new supplier beforehand. NEVER!!!
*They may publicly state they are meeting with a potential supplier (AS BOEING DID)!*
*They may add them to thier website as a qualified supplier (AS BOEING DID)!*
*They may even meet a second time, inspect the manufacturing facilities, and pose for pictures with the supplier, but they would never publically announce a partnership before the fact!
