If you look at the long chart for the overall trend it is over bought. Folks seem to be denying that and there is a struggle going on. Earnings are good but the chart is topped and started coming down. Now we have to see how long they drag out the indecision to let it cycle. Either way it is good. But sooner or later they are going to let it cycle.
So this is where it gets interesting. I sometimes prefer to keep the bulk on the sidelines and observe. I guess I have mellowed with age.
