There was no such exchange. Nate's did not issue new shares. - We see above you said earlier there was and there were new shares issued for the exchanged, just not new securities offered to the public, as you misunderstand what the Form 10 means.
How many years ago was KEYO's dissolution filed and accepted? Not quite two. How many years is the dissolution period in the State of DE before a company is considered fully dissolved, denoted by the status change to CANCELLED? Three. What does this make KEYO? Still in play.
There will be no IRS penalties but there will be millions of dollars in taxes saved after Dr.SS finalizes the RTM w/ KEYO signified by the symbol being changed to NANT in my brokerage accounts.
KEYO's management is the same as NantWorks. Dr.SS controls them both.
