That's actually happened every trading day the past 3 days. Big sell orders just after the trading day below the close price. On Friday it was a selloff of about 55 mil.

I guess the T trade is a large based trade that was done during the day but doesn't show up until after. No idea why. Maybe it's the shares they are converting?
