Mark already said its def in the 10Q, and could be in the 10K

The income from the settlement has to be reflected in the accounting book somewhere doesn't it?

Because I've been here since Jan. and have done all the DD and know that the settlement amount will be included in the 10-Q or pro-forma 10-K though not as a line item. Savvy traders will be able to compare this 10-Q with the last 10-Q and deduce the MSFT settlement amount easily. You will see cash on hand or receivable. Of course there will not be a line item.
