It is a virtual office. Regus provides answering services, mail collection and forwarding, and shared desks on a timeshare system.

It means that CoroWare has no actual physical presence in their "headquarters". They probably pay $75 a month for the privilege and if anyone actually visits the "headquarters", there will be no signs that CoroWare exists there. Just a Regus receptionist and a big room with shared desks.
