I doubt that is the purpose of the R/S. It is just a way to get rid of the shareholders from previous stock selling promotions.

The million or so shares O/S after the R/S (from previous selling) will be reduced to insignificance compared to the 50,000,000 issued after the R/S.

You will, of course, have the opportunity to purchase some of the newly issued shares.
