I was amazed how he took care to respond, took all the time I wanted to take, made it all clear he could only reveal what is already public, and, commented when you have disruptive technology there can be substantial varied obstacles. He did seem a little frustrated at the obstacles but who wouldn't be. He was not curt but open and courteous and invited calls.
