Hmmmm..PPS & Volume picking up in here while PMs getting hammered so far this morning...! Good sign for sure!

FDA wondering if SDRG Legal Team in Beijing is finally arriving at some kind of reasonable agreement with Shengda before Chan ever gets their grimy paus on this company??

If current board can vote thumbs up proposal ...then PR Announces some decent terms shortly thereafter which would happen....Well Then...PPS will spike on enough volume to allow shareholders to decide whether they want to stay or leave before AGM even takes place IMO???

Sooo for what exactly SDRG would need to authorize/issue more shares IF a $40M deal is around the corner?!!? Even after cleaning up their debts, the Company should have plenty enough money to last a few years!!! Hummmm are we going to see a deal finally??
