Indeed the "guess" was yours, then parroted by others! The "guess" wasn't too good, as Seth Shaw never even came close to agreeing the financials will be seen any time soon! He clearly denied having anything to do with the April 15 speculation, which was not supported by anything other than pure "pie in the sky" conjecture!
Knowing what has to be accomplished in order to make the numerous quarterly financial reports suitable for filing with the SEC, IMO the company will not be current with its filings until AFTER the fiscal 2016 10-K is due on June 30, 2016. And, June 30 is probably optimistic! For those thinking the estimate is not valid, please first check with Seth Shaw! Everyone reading today's TAUG posts saw Shaw's lengthy list of the auditor's tasks! It will be June 30 or later!
