Again, the partial clinical hold started in August 2015, not in 2016.

In October 2015 and again in January 2016, NWBO stated they were not aware of any fundamental reasons related to the decline in price, and then they go on to talk about the positive trial information shared back in September.

NW added that there was nothing untoward about the partial clinical hold, and it was part of trial protocol.
