I am not aware of the date on the FDA calendar. I'm not sure if something like this would be put on a public forum like that though. I'd have to ask those same FDA ladies. :)

Still... 60 days from February 29 is April 29. After that date, NWBO those warrants at $3 will go bye-bye. We'll have to wait and see if there was more to that provision than to just make it look good for us shareholders as some who are not invested have suggested.
