Anyway..We were speaking about logic. It takes logic to be a Rear Admiral. And I have to disagree. He has proven he can manage and run multiple large scale operations...for example see U.S Navy.
I'd say he's made more progress happen since he joined than anyone else. You can't blame someone for lack of revenue or not being rich yet because the tech and market isn't/wasn't ready.
