That would be a safety issue which would normally require disclosure a long, long time ago. IMO. The trial continued to enroll and treat after the screening halt. NWBO continued to present it's excellent safety record on Direct and L as recently as January 26, 2016.

I don't think that's what the screening halt is for. IMO.
