Hey blake buddy...this late filing doesn't mean a whole lot either way.. It's hard to do a complicated year end while you're doing a prominent industry show at the same time.. Plus, maybe there will be news from the show they want to include on the 10K from the show, so nust be semi optimistic for another 2 weeks.....
