Okay, bud... I don't want to be condescending here, but you do know we are dealing with a triple 0 OTC stock here? You can never be too pessimistic. This is a gamble and you stay safe and try not overestimate a target. A responsible company would have filed their 10k on time.. I am not saying it is a 100 percent bad sign, but it usually is from my experience in the past. My gut tells me they want to release this with a pumped up news story about the conference or something else to make it not look as bad. My assumption is that they went further into debt, and in the best case scenario very little has changed and there will be hope added with other news when they file the financial report. People that get too excited about a stock this cheap almost always lose money. Be careful guys. I am staying in this one, like I said, I don't have enough in it to justify not waiting. Good luck, but don't hold bags if the news isn't good in a couple of weeks. Take a little loss and go research elsewhere. And remember this game is more about reading charts than trying to find a good company. You are going to find very few of those here.
