Imo people sold because there was a rumor going around that Levy changed the fiscal year and filings were due today. When people hear a deadline whether it's rumor or real and it doesn't happen it causes selling. Now some will be regretting selling their shares today. People need to look at verifiable DD and make their decision. I've gone extensive DD and am only adding!
People need to relax and let Levy do his job. Filings will come. The only date that is confirmed is the 71 days from February 2nd.
