The 10K was due in December 2015 and the company has been delinquent with the SEC ever since.

The registrant is already delinquent. There is only delinquent, not levels of delinquent. There are no deadlines any further until the registrant cures all delinquent filings.

Thats exactly what Im saying. Today or tomorrow means absolutely nothing cuz they are late anyway. If they want to pull a magic trick and change the fiscal end of year and release the financials along with it, thats one thing, but as far as iTALK is concerned, they have till the 13th to do anything. We dont know whats going on at headquarters, hopefully they do release soon, but they are under no obligation to do so until the 13th. Anyone panicking now, or believing in unproven rumors is throwing their money away.

Thanks for the clarification OBM. We actually held up pretty well today. TALK is very, very strong IMO
