I'm not sure why they filed an extension but in an email exchange today Fawad told me the 10K would be out tonight or tomorrow... He also confirmed the 16% increase on earnings was including up to the date of the Dec 30th PR. In that case we should see just under 1.5 Mil for the year. Lets see if they kept the 4th quarter at a profit...
