BMSN is a holding company. ENTB is a wholly owned subsidiary of BMSN, means part of this company and a former BMSN dividend has undergone a R/S last year.

BTW the third dividend was a RGBP dividend not one from BMSN.
Makes a divi not more likely than a R/S.

Wow. Right on. I had these same thoughts long ago. No R/S here IMO. A buy back is my thought, but not for some time still. Great post Mysterium.
