That's what I was thinking. I know the company can't pay out cash at this time, however, with this going public wouldn't they need to settle up or will the dividend start upon registration (start trading on Friday Q2). Not sure how that part works or how it was written. I guess that is the real question. Also why now? right at the 60 day mark.... hmmmm NoQuarter
