6 months is a long time to figure out it's all BS, don't ya think? Or maybe it's more like quick pay off that loan! And hurry and fix the other issues we haven't heard about just yet. But yeah, it's probably just a coincidence they are taking action on some of the issues highlighted in the Phase V report right in the middle of the investigation. That would explain why this process is expected to drag on until June. I don't think identifying issues takes very long. But cleaning up and preparing legal defense usually requires some time.
