Cause the numbers "Frank" provided you are different than those in the SEC filing.

You'll have to forgive my skeptisism. The filing lists zero full time employee's and 4 part time employees. Non of which are named Frank. It's in black and white written on a document submitted to the SEC last Friday. How about everyone go read the document. If you want to know how many shares are outstanding, you'll find it on page 50
