I spoke with Frank from EAPH. He called me after an inquiry that I had made by way of email through the company website. He said at the most there are 656 million o/s shares which is not near the 2.6 billion reported. They retired 200 million after the CA deal. He admitted they have made some big mistakes, but believes they are moving in the right direction. An update should be coming tomorrow or wed. The Mexican deal will be a game changer. They wait for approval from the government. Yes, EAPH does exist.
