It is not really speculation. The facts contained in the SEC filings should not be ignored. Such as the massive amount of toxic death spiral convertibles current outstanding which convert to common shares at a 40-50% discount to market, and the fact that company's current liabilities are $20 million more than the Company's total assets.
I don't believe I have ever seen such an ugly balance sheet in a penny stock that isn't already bankrupt.
