Kevin said that there was a party in china the first of April to celebrate the closing of the first tranche...so the opinion is if they don't close on the first tranche will they cancel party.
I don't think he meant it was canceled. Just saying people are worried for various reasons. The track record here is not inspiring. When was the last 10k released on time? When was the last time a deadline was met? When is the last time we received anything more than Pump PR? There is a reason why any news is met with so much skepticism and pessimism. There is a reason the stock won't react to Any positive PR any more and we are stuck in 1/3 of a penny land. The mismanagement of this company has turned us all into Missourians. We are all now in a "Show Me" State!
