With something like this it can run up to 2 cents pretty easily. I was in on HJOE when it was at .0004, it was dormant for a few months like this was, and then one big news, mixed with positive rumors and solid pr made it run up to .0087 within about a week. It dropped down again when the CEO made a dumb decision to say they couldn't announce any more until contracts were signed, so there was a sell off and it is stuck in the teens.
Point being, that was without any real revenue, and a half-baked deal with a major company. COWI has solid income and is a confirmed gold partner with Microsoft. One solid PR and this could easily run several pennies within days. It may not stay up there, but it can certainly have an epic run.
I paid for a two month road trip with my HJOE earnings, I'm hoping to buy a house with COWI.
